What we collect

When you place an order or contact us we collect the details needed to fulfil your request: name, email, delivery address, phone number (optional) and order history. Payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. We also collect basic, anonymous usage data to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders and send order updates.
• To answer your messages and resolve issues.
• To send news and offers, only if you have joined our list, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve the site and prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the partners needed to run the service: payment processing, order fulfilment and delivery, email delivery and site analytics. Each receives only the information required for its role. We do not sell personal data.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep your bag and preferences, and analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use, by emailing hello@ph-ique.com. Residents of certain regions, including the EU, UK and California, have additional rights under local law, which we honour.

Retention & security

We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and personal data otherwise for as long as needed to provide the service. Data is protected by encryption in transit and access controls.
