Returns

You may return any unworn item within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. Try shoes on a clean, soft surface; pairs showing wear on the sole cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start a return and place a new order for the size you need, so the replacement ships right away. If you would rather we handle it, write to us and we will arrange the exchange.

How to return

• Email hello@ph-ique.com with your order number and the item(s) you are returning.
• We will reply within one business day with return instructions and the address to send your parcel to.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it with a tracked service.
• Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of the return being received and checked.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, in which case we will cover the cost.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, insoles and slippers cannot be returned once opened unless faulty. Final-sale items are marked as such at checkout.
