Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Transit times are typical, not guaranteed; peak periods and customs checks can add a few days. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking.
For deliveries outside the United States, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local authority on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If your tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will put it right.
